1900 Avenue of the Stars was built in 1969. Since that time the property has undergone two renovations - one in 1993 and another in 2000. The 2000 renovation cost over $6.5 million and included a new main lobby featuring an open two-story atrium with floor-to-ceiling translucent glass walls and high quality finishes and a redesigned underground porte-cochere.  Landscape design includes exterior greenscaped paths lined with Jacaranda trees and accentuated with dramatic bollard lighting to create outdoor seating in a serene environment.  These building improvements earned 1900 Avenue of the Stars B.O.M.A.'s "The Office Building of the Year" award (TOBY) in the renovated building category at the local level in 2001 and the regional level in 2002.
