Vice President & Director of Leasing
Darren Bell has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, investment, management and development and is Topa's leasing specialist in the Los Angeles region. He has negotiated and consummated over 1,000 commercial lease transactions throughout his career.
Since joining Topa in 2002, he has been responsible for the execution of over $420 million in lease transactions representing over 1.6 million square feet. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California and a BS in economics from the University of Santa Clara. Darren is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
